(Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, CEO and President: Yasuo Nakatani) is a logistics company that operates a global 3PL business with over 800 offices worldwide, receiving high acclaim for its innovative solutions within and outside the industry. The company has introduced the Immersive Engine into "LOGISTEED CAFÉ," a co-creation innovation space where various individuals involved in logistics from within and outside the company, gather.
■ Challenges Before Implementation
Visualizing solutions in the logistics industry and communication with various locations away from the headquarters present significant challenges. The goal is to seamlessly convey complex logistics solutions that are difficult to communicate without being on-site and to creat a space for co-creation with both internal and external parties. Using the Immersive Engine, we provided an environment where participants can collectively contemplate the future of logistics and generate new ideas.
A Goggle-less Immersive Experience to Accelerate Communication
■ The Implementation Results
By implementing the Immersive Engine, sharing visuals in real-time between warehouses significantly enhanced the transparency of logistics solution presentations and improved the quality of communication. Furthermore, by drastically reducing the need to visit warehouses located away from the headquarters and other offices, it has achieved a reduction in travel and time costs. This effect has also influenced collaboration with partners, enabling the sharing of new ideas and rapid problem-solving at unprecedented speeds and quality.
In addition, the Immersive Engine, which creates a goggle-less immersive experience, contributes to fostering innovative communication that encourages the creation of new services without hindering the conversation and sense of unity among those present, enhancing the expectation for the creation of new services.

Since the opening of LOGISTEED CAFÉ in 2020, 270°Theatre has been our main features of our co-creation innovation space, favoured across the company.The visual immersion from the screen is absolute vivid, and also the realtime connection expanded our operation efficiently and supports our distant communications. Immersive has contributed in making our films, explaining our complex logisitcs operation in a simple and easy way.
