Immersive Real Estate Presentations with High-Precision Reproduction

The Immersive Magic Wall has been installed in a VR showroom where visitors can experience the interior spaces, facilities, and specifications of newly built condominium units.

■ Client Introduction
Brillia Gallery Shinjuku, operated by Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Katsuhito Ozawa), serves as a centralized sales hub for the Brillia series of newly built condominiums.
It offers a new way to choose a home, including a VR showroom where visitors can experience condominium interiors at near life-size scale, as if they were actually inside the space.

End Client: Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd.
Partner: e-State Online Co., Ltd.

■ Challenges Before Implementation
The VR showroom previously used a roughly 200-inch projector display to showcase interior walkthrough videos, allowing visitors to experience room layouts.
However, projection on plain white walls provided low color and texture fidelity, requiring detailed confirmations to be done separately on PC screens. This created inefficiencies in the sales and presentation process.

High-Contrast Rendering with Enhanced Reproduction of Interior Colors and Textures

■ Results of the Implementation
The Immersive Magic Wall delivers vivid, high-contrast visuals—enhancing the clarity of dark areas while making bright areas appear radiant. This allows for precise expression of interior details. It also achieves color reproduction that was not possible with conventional white wall projections, significantly enhancing the immersive experience of large-screen real estate presentations.

We have received the following feedback from the client:
“It’s now possible to accurately confirm colors using just the projector images, eliminating the need to refer to PC screens.”
“We can now convey the textures of furniture and building materials far more effectively, helping visitors better visualize the space.”

■ Future Outlook

We continuously recognize the strong compatibility between real estate presentations—such as for offices and condominiums—and our technologies, Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall.

In the case of condominium sales, physical models and other constructed materials are often discarded once sales are complete. Through ongoing research and development, we aim to reduce such environmental impacts and further promote digital transformation (DX) in the industry.

A grand and cutting-edge immersive experience production

The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan), located in Odaiba, Koto Ward, Tokyo, was established as a hub to deepen public understanding of science and technology. Operated by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), this national science museum offers interactive experiences with Japan’s cutting-edge scientific advancements. On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, Miraikan will open to the public a new immersive exhibition titled "Unread Universe", which allows visitors to experience the forefront of space research. The sound and visual production for "Unread Universe" involved Furutachi from Immersive Inc. "Unread Universe" showcases four major areas of space exploration: neutrino observation, gravitational wave detection, astronomical observation through invisible wavelengths of light, and particle accelerator experiments. The exhibition space is fully immersive, surrounding visitors with powerful visuals created from actual observation and experimental data.

To a meeting space that fosters active communication

・Client Introduction "FinGATE CLUB," operated by HEIWA REAL ESTATE CO., LTD. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kiyoyuki Tsuchimoto), is a membership-based community lounge located in the Nihonbashi Kabutocho and Kayabacho area. It aims to accelerate the development of a startup ecosystem, focusing primarily on emerging asset management firms, fintech companies, and other financial startups. Targeting registered entrepreneurs, investors, and other key players, the lounge strives to create a "community where people gather, and investment and growth are born." ・Challenges Before Implementation "FinGATE CLUB" has a meeting space equipped with a projector in one corner of the facility. Until now, the projector was used in a conventional manner, projecting images onto a white wall. However, ensuring high visibility of visuals and materials required dimming the room’s lighting, which made it difficult for participants to see documents in front of them and observe each other's facial expressions. As a result, presentations tended to become one-way and less interactive, posing a challenge for effective communication.

    Experiential ICT Solution

    ■ Introduction of the Client NTT EAST, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo, President: Naoki Shibuya, hereafter referred to as NTT East),examples of implementing solutions to various social issues—spanning primary industries, manufacturing, logistics, retail, culture, arts, sports, disaster prevention, and more—are being showcased at the NTT e-City Labo, a field dedicated to demonstrating and experiencing the realization of a regional circular society. This time, we have introduced the Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall to NTT e-City Labo. ■ Challenges Before Implementation At NTT e-City Labo, visitors are introduced to real, operational examples on-site of solutions addressing regional social issues, such as smart agriculture greenhouses. This has enabled visitors to resonate strongly with these initiatives and has created opportunities to develop new regional solutions in collaboration with the local community. However, conveying the real experience of remote locations, like smart agriculture greenhouses or regional events aimed at boosting community activity, has posed a challenge in visitor engagement.
