ITOKI CORPORATION is a company that has proposed not only the manufacture and sale of office furniture, but the design of the workplace and the very way people work. This time, under the concept of “maximizing human capital and evolving ‘team operations’ to drive further results,” it renewed the 12th floor of its own working showroom, “ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE TOKYO.” As a place to maximize productivity by working as a team, it positioned “Commons Hill”—a space equipped with a large LED—at the center of a single open floor, and adopted Immersive Engine in this space that symbolizes co-creation. Partner : WorksWorks Inc. ■ The Challenge Before AdoptionFor customers considering the purchase of a condominium that is not yet built, flat materials such as brochures and panels alone made it difficult to picture “the life ahead of me” at life size. As the company explored new ways to present its properties, customers experienced the immersive space firsthand at Immersive’s Ebisu showroom, which led to the adoption.

Azbil Corporation is a BtoB company that manufactures measurement and control equipment, used in buildings, factories, plants, and beyond, that quietly supports the foundations of society. With the company's recent relocation, Immersive's solutions have been installed in the "Immersive Room," a newly created space within the lounge of Azbil's new head office. The installation combines the Immersive Engine, which wraps video across a U-shaped configuration, with the Immersive Magic Wall, which enables high-contrast visual expression. Beyond the space itself, the project also included content production: an approximately three-minute corporate introduction video in Japanese, English, and Chinese, along with a screensaver that fills the space the moment visitors enter.
