CNS Co., Ltd., a comprehensive IT solutions company based in Kamiosaki, Shinagawa, Tokyo, provides total support for corporate information systems, covering everything from IT infrastructure to cloud and security.
Upon relocating their office, the company set forth two key themes:
"We want to create an environment where employees naturally gather and communication flows."
"We want to deliver presentations that convey greater value to our clients."
To realize these goals, they chose Immersive’s solutions: the Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall. These tools transformed the office from a mere “place to work” into a “place people want to gather,” thanks to powerful visuals that remain vivid even in bright environments. ■ Challenges before implementation
In designing the new office, the focus was on creating a space where employees would naturally want to gather, interact, and work. Although their business model does not require physical presence, fostering a stronger sense of unity among employees remained a major goal.
Additionally, with the establishment of the sales and consulting divisions, client presentations increased significantly. However, traditional projectors presented two challenges:
Inability to display clear visuals in bright environments
Difficulty delivering impactful presentations
To enhance both employee engagement and client impact, CNS turned to Immersive’s solutions.

Introduced by the company responsible for the office’s spatial design, CNS visited the showroom in Ebisu to experience the Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall firsthand.
During the demonstration, they were impressed by:
Vivid colors and high contrast that stood out even in brightly lit spaces
An overwhelming sense of immersion from visuals that covered the entire wall
A level of visual expression far beyond what one expects from a typical projector

Seamless screen sharing from anywhere in the space — combining operational efficiency with ease of use
– Immersive Engine
In the new office, creating an environment where PC screens could be shared smoothly from anywhere in the space was a key focus.
To achieve this, several features were implemented:
HDMI ports installed near the projection surface
Wireless transmission devices for cable-free sharing
Additional HDMI ports on the stage side, away from the screen, allowing remote sharing
These enhancements enabled instant screen sharing from any location in the room, eliminating the need to pass cables or change seats — even in large group settings. This setup significantly streamlined meetings and presentations.
As for the Immersive Engine’s control tablet, it received praise such as:
“The more you use it, the easier it feels.”
“The interface is simple and intuitive.”
These responses highlight the system’s high usability and operational efficiency.
A hub for communication with clients, students, employees, and stakeholders
CNS Co., Ltd. plans to make even broader use of this space in the future, including:
