Updating Existing Spaces with Immersive Experiences / Nikko Co., Ltd.

A Single Immersive Area Rediscovers the Value of the Entire Showroom

Founded in 1919, Nikko Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of plant machinery, boasting approximately an 80% domestic market share for asphalt plants and about 40% for concrete batching plants.
The company's headquarters showroom was established in 2018 to mark its 100th anniversary, designed and constructed by their partner, Daishinsha Delight Inc. (hereinafter "Daishinsha"). Since then, it has been utilized as an important hub for communicating the company's history and its strengths, such as plant maintenance services and long-cultivated technical capabilities, to visitors.

End Client: Nikko Co., Ltd.
Partner: Daishinsha Delight Inc.

■ Challenges Before Introduction
Seven years had passed since the showroom opened. With the hosting of the large-scale internal exhibition "Nikko Messe," there was a need to present an "Updating Nikko" once again. The challenge was whether it was possible to implement a renovation that would deliver a significant impact to visitors without drastically changing the atmosphere of the showroom, which serves as the face of the company.

With the aim of creating a showroom that could broadcast a progressive and ideal vision while leveraging the existing spatial assets built by Daishinsha—using the power of digital technology to convey visual depth and information density—they introduced the Immersive Engine.

Immersive experiences led to imagining new uses for the space

■ Results of Introduction
In this initiative, a single section was renovated into an immersive area, but the impact redefined the value of the entire showroom.

・Upgrading the Entire Space
By introducing high-impact video projection, the entire facility leaves an impression as if it has been newly reborn. The renovation of a limited section dramatically elevates the freshness of the whole showroom.

・Creating New Spatial Experiences
Through video content projection in the immersive area, we succeeded in delivering a strong impact to visitors that could not be achieved with conventional displays.

・Diversification as a Management Resource
It has evolved into a "multi-functional weapon" that solves multiple management issues in one place: from simulated experiences of plant interiors that are usually inaccessible, to client presentations, and even recruitment activities.

■ Customer Feedback
・Nikko Co., Ltd.
"After experiencing the immersion at the Immersive, Inc. showroom (Headquarters: Ebisu, Tokyo), we decided to introduce it immediately. By creating a space that catches the eye of visitors, we are very satisfied that the entire showroom feels updated."

・Daishinsha Delight Inc.
"Upon actual introduction, we feel the entire showroom has been updated to a new form. We were able to rediscover that the value of the whole showroom can be changed through the power of experience."

Going forward, the client is considering the introduction of "Immersive Magic Wall," a paint for projectors that amplifies immersion with high-contrast expression, to further update the space.

We aim to continue creating such cases where a showroom grows by updating one element at a time, without requiring a full renewal of the facility.

Training Center “Yukei” / Kao Corporation

Kao Corporation is a company that has continued to support people’s daily lives as one of Japan’s leading chemical and household products manufacturers for more than 130 years since its founding in 1887. With “Realizing a Kirei Life for All” as its purpose, the company positions its mission as contributing to a richer future for people, society, and the planet through sustainable, high-quality products and services. On November 18, 2025, the company opened the Training Center “Yukei” within the Kao Sumida Site in Sumida, Tokyo. The origin of Yukei can be traced back to “Yukei Juku,” which was established within the Sumida site in 1998. The name carries the following aspiration: “Guided by the paths walked by our predecessors, we support (tasuke) and guide (michibiki) one another; we open (hiraki) ourselves, elevate each other together, and make this a place to look toward the further development of Kao.” This time, Immersive, Inc. installed Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall in two locations on the second floor of Yukei. The result is an environment where trainings, workshops, and presentations can be conducted while surrounded by immersive digital visuals. ■ Challenges Before Implementation What Kao Corporation was looking for was “a projector-based space where videos and materials can be clearly seen even in a bright environment.” With conventional projectors, maintaining room brightness tended to make images look washed out, and there were challenges in the visibility of detailed materials. While considering improvement measures, representatives from Kao Corporation visited Immersive, Inc.’s showroom in Ebisu. They were surprised by the visual experience of Immersive Magic Wall, which achieves high contrast without lowering the brightness of the space, and decided to adopt it as the optimal solution for Yukei.

An office that employees want to come to / CNS Co., Ltd.

CNS Co., Ltd., a comprehensive IT solutions company based in Kamiosaki, Shinagawa, Tokyo, provides total support for corporate information systems, covering everything from IT infrastructure to cloud and security. Upon relocating their office, the company set forth two key themes: "We want to create an environment where employees naturally gather and communication flows." "We want to deliver presentations that convey greater value to our clients." To realize these goals, they chose Immersive’s solutions: the Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall. These tools transformed the office from a mere “place to work” into a “place people want to gather,” thanks to powerful visuals that remain vivid even in bright environments. This not only encouraged spontaneous interaction among employees but also created a highly immersive and persuasive presentation space for visiting clients. The new office has been reborn as a symbol of the company’s philosophy: "Innovation sparked by communication." ■ Challenges before implementation In designing the new office, the focus was on creating a space where employees would naturally want to gather, interact, and work. Although their business model does not require physical presence, fostering a stronger sense of unity among employees remained a major goal. Additionally, with the establishment of the sales and consulting divisions, client presentations increased significantly. However, traditional projectors presented two challenges: Inability to display clear visuals in bright environments Difficulty delivering impactful presentations To enhance both employee engagement and client impact, CNS turned to Immersive’s solutions.

【Immersive Magic Wall Installation】”Shosoin: THE SHOW” Tokyo Exhibition (Large-Scale Exhibition)

Starting from June 14, 2025, the exhibition “Shosoin THE SHOW – Feel the Miracle Here and Now –,” supervised by the Shosoin Office of the Imperial Household Agency and organized by the “Shosoin THE SHOW” Executive Committee and others, was held in Osaka. The Tokyo exhibition has also been underway since September 20, 2025, where the Immersive Magic Wall—already featured in the Osaka edition—has been introduced once again. The Immersive Magic Wall enhances the brilliance of Shosoin treasures projected onto a massive screen approximately 20 meters wide and 4 meters high using projectors. EPSON’s 8,500-lumen model was used, and the wall’s high contrast and vivid color reproduction capabilities significantly elevate the overall quality of the exhibition presentation by supporting wide-area and delicate visual expression. Education × Immersive / NTT EAST, Inc. – NTTe-city Labo

    ■ Customer Introduction At Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Naoki Shibuya; hereinafter referred to as NTT East), various implementation case studies addressing social issues across a wide range of fields—including primary industries, manufacturing and logistics, retail, culture, arts and sports, and disaster prevention—are introduced at the demonstration and experience field "NTT e-City Labo," which aims to realize a regional circular society. Among these is a training facility focused on education called the “Classroom of the Future,” where Immersive Inc.'s Immersive Magic Wall has been installed. ■ Challenges Before Implementation Under the concept of the “Classroom of the Future,” which incorporated various ICT devices, they explored ways to use large digital displays instead of traditional blackboards or whiteboards. However, they faced challenges such as the high cost of LED displays, and with conventional projectors that projected onto white walls, the room had to be darkened, making it difficult to see the materials at hand. They were thus searching for a solution that could overcome these issues.
