A New Experience Value Chosen by Workplace Professionals / Frontier Consulting Co., Ltd.

From Two-Dimensional Proposals to an Immersive Experience That "Evokes a More Realistic, Life-Sized Vision of Future Workstyles"

Since its establishment in 2007, Frontier Consulting Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is a consulting firm with domestic and international bases, operating under the purpose of "creating the future of workers and workplaces."
They provide one-stop solutions for all workplace-related challenges, ranging from office construction and building renewal to flexible workplace businesses. Their track record spans a wide range of projects, from large-scale developments covering thousands of square meters to global initiatives.

Upon relocating to "Grand Green Osaka," an advanced business hub in the Kansai region, the company aimed to have its new office function as a mockup—a space for proposing new experiences in future workplaces.

■ Pre-Implementation Challenges
Previously, proposals for new offices primarily relied on two-dimensional presentations, such as PC screens and printed materials, which had limitations in deeply sharing the vision of the completed workplace with clients.
To provide a solution that helps clients "envision a more realistic, life-sized future of work," the company implemented the Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall.

Recreating the space where clients will work with a sense of immersion, as if they were actually there, is the core role required of this solution.
Furthermore, this implementation was highly anticipated as a key topic of their office relocation.
There is an expectation that by combining this system with the various technologies and contents the company possesses, new possibilities will emerge in the future.

Activating Presentations and Internal Events with Dynamic Full-Wall Projection: Creating a Space That Brings People Together - Immersive Magic Wall -

■ Implementation Results
Life-Sized Simulations That Change the Quality of Proposals
Operations have begun utilizing a 12-meter-long wall to project CG perspectives and walkthrough videos at a life-sized (1/1) scale.

The precise design capabilities and thoroughly crafted creatives cultivated by the company are now displayed at a 1/1 scale. This allows them to directly share the depth and sense of scale of a space, which could not be fully conveyed through conventional PC screens.
In addition, a highly usable and intuitive interface ensures that consultants can instantly orchestrate the spatial presentation whenever necessary, without relying on dedicated technical staff.

The dynamic nature of the full-wall projection leaves a strong impression on visitors from the moment they enter the room. By projecting corporate images and visions across the entire wall, the "worldview that Frontier Consulting aims for" is intuitively communicated before a single word is exchanged with the client.

Furthermore, this space is utilized for events such as internal receptions. Through the visual experience, it serves as a place that "brings people together," contributing to the activation of organizational communication.

■ Client Voice
"The dynamic visual experience of a seamless, 12-meter full-wall projection is truly substantial. I feel there is a great deal of room for new possibilities to be born from this sense of immersion moving forward."

As workstyles diversify following the widespread adoption of remote work, offices are now required to provide a clear answer to the question, "Why work here?"

In the multifaceted business domains managed by Frontier Consulting, the process of deriving that optimal answer will become increasingly important.

New expressions born from the intersection of different technologies, and new ideas generated by the connection between people. This 12-meter immersive space is not merely a completed facility, but a platform to expand future possibilities.

Creating an Immersive Space Optimized for Diverse Content Experiences / CAD CENTER CORPORATION

CAD CENTER CORPORATION (Headquarters: Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo) is a company whose core strength lies in the visualization domain, primarily utilizing 3DCG. They have produced numerous experiential content pieces for exhibition facilities and other venues, leveraging spatial design with a prerequisite of immersion and interactivity. Their content spans a wide variety of types, predominantly consisting of experiences where the true value is conveyed through actual hands-on experience rather than simple verbal explanation. For this project, they implemented our "Immersive Engine" and "Immersive Magic Wall." Furthermore, to enable rapid switching between diverse content displays tailored to each client, we also provided customization of the operation tablet interface. Rather than treating visual projection onto a space as the final goal, we backward-engineered the design based on "how it will be used," comprehensively designing the entire experience down to its seamless operability.

Training Center “Yukei” / Kao Corporation

Kao Corporation is a company that has continued to support people’s daily lives as one of Japan’s leading chemical and household products manufacturers for more than 130 years since its founding in 1887. With “Realizing a Kirei Life for All” as its purpose, the company positions its mission as contributing to a richer future for people, society, and the planet through sustainable, high-quality products and services. On November 18, 2025, the company opened the Training Center “Yukei” within the Kao Sumida Site in Sumida, Tokyo. The origin of Yukei can be traced back to “Yukei Juku,” which was established within the Sumida site in 1998. The name carries the following aspiration: “Guided by the paths walked by our predecessors, we support (tasuke) and guide (michibiki) one another; we open (hiraki) ourselves, elevate each other together, and make this a place to look toward the further development of Kao.” This time, Immersive, Inc. installed Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall in two locations on the second floor of Yukei. The result is an environment where trainings, workshops, and presentations can be conducted while surrounded by immersive digital visuals. ■ Challenges Before Implementation What Kao Corporation was looking for was “a projector-based space where videos and materials can be clearly seen even in a bright environment.” With conventional projectors, maintaining room brightness tended to make images look washed out, and there were challenges in the visibility of detailed materials. While considering improvement measures, representatives from Kao Corporation visited Immersive, Inc.’s showroom in Ebisu. They were surprised by the visual experience of Immersive Magic Wall, which achieves high contrast without lowering the brightness of the space, and decided to adopt it as the optimal solution for Yukei.

An office that employees want to come to / CNS Co., Ltd.

CNS Co., Ltd., a comprehensive IT solutions company based in Kamiosaki, Shinagawa, Tokyo, provides total support for corporate information systems, covering everything from IT infrastructure to cloud and security. Upon relocating their office, the company set forth two key themes: "We want to create an environment where employees naturally gather and communication flows." "We want to deliver presentations that convey greater value to our clients." To realize these goals, they chose Immersive’s solutions: the Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall. These tools transformed the office from a mere “place to work” into a “place people want to gather,” thanks to powerful visuals that remain vivid even in bright environments. This not only encouraged spontaneous interaction among employees but also created a highly immersive and persuasive presentation space for visiting clients. The new office has been reborn as a symbol of the company’s philosophy: "Innovation sparked by communication." ■ Challenges before implementation In designing the new office, the focus was on creating a space where employees would naturally want to gather, interact, and work. Although their business model does not require physical presence, fostering a stronger sense of unity among employees remained a major goal. Additionally, with the establishment of the sales and consulting divisions, client presentations increased significantly. However, traditional projectors presented two challenges: Inability to display clear visuals in bright environments Difficulty delivering impactful presentations To enhance both employee engagement and client impact, CNS turned to Immersive’s solutions.
