Epson Sales Japan Corporation
Epson Sales Japan Corporation handles the domestic marketing and sales for the Seiko Epson Group, offering solution proposals through office automation equipment. In January 2026, they opened "Epson XaILab," a corporate solution center located in the Shinjuku Miraina Tower. "XaILab" functions as a co-creation lab that fuses Experience and Innovation. To realize the evolution from a traditional product showcase showroom to a solution center that works closely with customers to solve their challenges, Immersive was selected as a partner. We handled the implementation of the "Immersive Engine" in two locations within the facility, as well as the production of "original CG content" for the 360° immersive space. For this article, we spoke with Mr. Kozawa and Mr. Matsuyama from the Marketing Communications Department at Epson Sales Japan Corporation, who drove this project forward. We asked them about the "update of communication spaces" brought about by combining projectors with the Immersive Engine. End Client: Epson Sales Japan Corporation Partner: ITOKI CORPORATION
Suntory Minami Alps Hakushu Water Plant
The Suntory Minami Alps Hakushu Water Plant (Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture) is the production hub for "Suntory Tennensui" natural water, nestled in abundant nature. This popular facility allows visitors of all ages to observe the actual production lines up close. To celebrate its 30th anniversary, the facility underwent a major renewal of its tour, now titled "Dive into the World of Natural Water! Suntory Tennensui (Minami Alps) Story Tour." To provide an "overwhelming sense of immersion" for experiencing the story behind the production of "Suntory Tennensui," the Immersive Magic Wall was selected as the core solution. End Client: Suntory Beverage & Food Limited Partner: TOPPAN Inc.
arkbell,inc.
arkbell, inc. (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo) is an "audio, visual, and lighting solutions company" that has produced numerous events and spatial experiences. To allow clients to truly "experience" the value of projection mapping, the company opened a test lab within their own studio. To maximize the sense of immersion in that space, they introduced "Immersive Magic Wall," our specialized projector paint that enables high-contrast visual expression. ■ Pre-Installation Challenges When launching the test lab, the company faced the issue of image washout caused by conventional "white walls." Even with the introduction of the latest high-brightness projectors, white walls cause diffuse light reflection, resulting in the loss of contrast—the lifeblood of visual content. They realized the need to look beyond equipment specifications and change the "wall (environment)" acting as the canvas. While carefully evaluating various paints capable of preventing this washout, including competitors' products, they visited the Immersive showroom in Ebisu. The stunning "depth of color" they witnessed left a profound impact and became the deciding factor for the installation.
Frontier Consulting Co., Ltd.
Since its establishment in 2007, Frontier Consulting Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is a consulting firm with domestic and international bases, operating under the purpose of "creating the future of workers and workplaces." They provide one-stop solutions for all workplace-related challenges, ranging from office construction and building renewal to flexible workplace businesses. Their track record spans a wide range of projects, from large-scale developments covering thousands of square meters to global initiatives. Upon relocating to "Grand Green Osaka," an advanced business hub in the Kansai region, the company aimed to have its new office function as a mockup—a space for proposing new experiences in future workplaces.
CAD CENTER CORPORATION
CAD CENTER CORPORATION (Headquarters: Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo) is a company whose core strength lies in the visualization domain, primarily utilizing 3DCG. They have produced numerous experiential content pieces for exhibition facilities and other venues, leveraging spatial design with a prerequisite of immersion and interactivity. Their content spans a wide variety of types, predominantly consisting of experiences where the true value is conveyed through actual hands-on experience rather than simple verbal explanation. For this project, they implemented our "Immersive Engine" and "Immersive Magic Wall." Furthermore, to enable rapid switching between diverse content displays tailored to each client, we also provided customization of the operation tablet interface. Rather than treating visual projection onto a space as the final goal, we backward-engineered the design based on "how it will be used," comprehensively designing the entire experience down to its seamless operability.
Kao Corporation
Kao Corporation is a company that has continued to support people’s daily lives as one of Japan’s leading chemical and household products manufacturers for more than 130 years since its founding in 1887. With “Realizing a Kirei Life for All” as its purpose, the company positions its mission as contributing to a richer future for people, society, and the planet through sustainable, high-quality products and services. On November 18, 2025, the company opened the Training Center “Yukei” within the Kao Sumida Site in Sumida, Tokyo. The origin of Yukei can be traced back to “Yukei Juku,” which was established within the Sumida site in 1998. The name carries the following aspiration: “Guided by the paths walked by our predecessors, we support (tasuke) and guide (michibiki) one another; we open (hiraki) ourselves, elevate each other together, and make this a place to look toward the further development of Kao.” This time, Immersive, Inc. installed Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall in two locations on the second floor of Yukei. The result is an environment where trainings, workshops, and presentations can be conducted while surrounded by immersive digital visuals. ■ Challenges Before Implementation What Kao Corporation was looking for was “a projector-based space where videos and materials can be clearly seen even in a bright environment.” With conventional projectors, maintaining room brightness tended to make images look washed out, and there were challenges in the visibility of detailed materials. While considering improvement measures, representatives from Kao Corporation visited Immersive, Inc.’s showroom in Ebisu. They were surprised by the visual experience of Immersive Magic Wall, which achieves high contrast without lowering the brightness of the space, and decided to adopt it as the optimal solution for Yukei.
